1. The product surface is covered with protective film, which should be removed before use; Method: Use a blade to gently draw a circle along the blackboard frame on the board surface, being careful not to scratch the board surface, and then tear off the protective film along the scratch.

2. The blackboard is initially rough and difficult to clean when the film is just peeled off, so it needs to be wiped with some force. 

3. The new board should be wiped clean in a timely manner within the first week of use.

4. During this period, do not wash with water or wet wipe, dry wipe is preferred. 

5. Please clean the dust inside the slide every day after school, and use a brush to sweep the dust into the dust box and dispose of it.

6. When pushing or pulling the blackboard, be careful not to apply too much force. If you find any obstruction during the pushing or pulling process, promptly investigate the cause. Do not pull forcefully or forcefully to avoid damaging the pulley. If you cannot solve the problem on your own, please contact the sales team.

 二、 Maintenance and upkeep: 

1. It is recommended to use soft chalk with less impurities to avoid scratching the surface of the board.

2. It is prohibited to use double-sided tape, adhesive tape, glue, ink, marker pens, and other oily or corrosive items on the blackboard. It is recommended to use magnetic nails and magnetic buckles to hang pictures.

3. Water or cleaning agents should not be used to clean the blackboard. If a cloth is needed for cleaning, it is recommended to use a slightly damp flexible cloth for cleaning. 

4. The board surface can be thoroughly wiped clean and dried with a flexible damp cloth every five to seven days.
